Since posting this review I have been sent a replacement product along with some freebies by the looks of it. Whilst the experience wasn’t the best, I’m happy with the outcome.

i placed the order under the wrong address and sent a message to have it changed prior to shipment. despite this i was sent to the postage company who told me the sender should be able to change it to which i was informed they could not. never received my product and customer service have ignored my most recent reply.
