All orders from TENGA STORE UK will be shipped out in a discreet brown box.

No TENGA branding or logo will be visible on the box itself.

The return addressee on the shipping label will be shown as "TENGA UK Ltd." for orders destined for the UK, and "TENGA Europe GmbH" for all other orders.

After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation notification.

Orders are dispatched the same day for all orders made by 11:00 GMT/BST (for deliveries in the UK) and 11:00 CET/CEST (for deliveries elsewhere) on Monday - Friday (excluding local public holidays). Orders made after the cut-off time are dispatched the next working day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification including your tracking number.

DHL Packstation

TENGA STORE UK supports delivery to the 16,000+ DHL Packstations across Germany at no extra cost!

To have your package delivered to a Packstation, at Checkout, please enter your DHL Packstation information as follows:

Please note that once dispatched, deliveries to Packstation locations cannot by modified or cancelled.

Orders destined for addresses in the UK are shipped from our warehouse in Hounslow, UK, free of customs fees with Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 across Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

All orders outside the UK are dispatched from our warehouse in Cologne, Germany with DHL's International Premium courier service as standard across 6 zones.

See below for a guideline for delivery times from the day of dispatch to your destination during times of regular service. Any expected delays in dispatch and delivery are posted as a notice in the store at the time of order.

If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can cancel your order free of charge, and re-order to the correct address.

If your order has been dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address. In this case, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with redelivery as soon as possible.
