How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account.
From there, you can:
- Update or add payment details
- Change your shipping address
- Pause or cancel your subscription
- Review product and subscription information
- Skip upcoming orders
- View past orders

How do I update or add my payment information?
You can easily update your payment details through your customer account.
To update your payment method:
1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Click on ""Manage Subscriptions"".
3. Select the subscription you'd like to update.
4. Under ""Overview"", click the pencil icon next to Payment.
5. Choose your preferred payment method from the list.
6. (Optional) To add a new payment method:
– Click Edit
– Under Payment methods, click Add
– Enter your new credit card, debit card, or digital wallet info
7. Click ""Save"" to confirm the changes.
Your subscription will now use the updated payment information.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address at any time through your customer account.
To change your shipping address:
1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Click on ""Manage Subscriptions"".
3. Select the subscription you'd like to update.
4. Under ""Overview"", click the pencil icon next to the Shipping address.
5. Update your shipping details in the form.
6. Click ""Save"" to confirm the changes.
How can I pause my subscription?
You can pause your subscription at any time through your customer account. Once paused, you won't be charged or receive any future orders until you choose to resume.
To pause your subscription:
1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Go to Manage Subscriptions.
3. Select the subscription you want to pause.
4. Under Overview, click Pause subscription.
5. Confirm by clicking Pause subscription again.
A confirmation banner will appear to let you know your subscription is successfully paused.
How do I resume my subscription?
If you've previously paused a subscription, you can resume it at any time from your customer account.
To resume your subscription:
1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Click on ""Manage Subscriptions"".
3. Select the subscription you want to resume.
4. Under ""Overview"", click ""Resume Subscription"".
5. In the dialog box, click ""Continue"" to confirm.
A confirmation banner will appear once your subscription has been successfully resumed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.
To cancel your subscription:
1. Go to the ""Manage Subscriptions"" section in your account.
2. Click on ""Cancel Subscription"". You'll be prompted to confirm this action.
3. After confirming, your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders for it will be shipped.
You will receive an email notification confirming this action.
*When placing the subscription customers have up to 2 hours to cancel the order. After 2 hours the order will be billed.
When will my order be delivered? Can I change the delivery date?
Your first order will ship on the next business day after your purchase.
Future subscription orders will be shipped the day after your scheduled renewal date, based on the delivery frequency you selected.
Please note: Delivery dates cannot be changed manually, but you can skip an upcoming order or adjust your subscription schedule by changing your delivery frequency from your customer account.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
You'll be charged the day after your subscription starting date, typically around 10:00 AM (local time).
Future billing will follow the schedule you selected in your subscription plan (e.g. every 1, 3, or 6 months).
You can view your upcoming billing dates by logging into your customer account.
What happens if the product is out of stock?
If your subscription product is out of stock, the order won't be created automatically. Customers will also be informed about potential delays and can check their account for updates.
Can I change my subscription plan?
At this time, you can't switch directly between subscription plans (e.g. from a 1-bottle to a 3-bottle plan).
If you'd like to change your plan, you'll need to:
- Cancel your current subscription
- Create a new subscription with your preferred plan and delivery frequency
You can also pause, skip, or resume your subscription at any time from your customer account.
Can I change the content of my subscription plan?
You cannot change the products or quantities within an existing subscription.
If you'd like different items or amounts, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and start a new one with your preferred selection.
