2. Remove the cap and unscrew the nozzle from the used bottle.
3. Attach the nozzle from the used bottle and screw onto the TENGA Lotion Refill bottle.
4. You're now good to go! After use, replace the cap onto the Refill bottle for later.

Having been very impressed by the ""Real"" Hole Lotion before, I figured I'd give this a shot and am equally impressed. It's the right level of slippery and sticky, and has a subtle cooling, refreshing sensation. A good alternative to mix things up a bit!

I have to say, even though many people find it too watery I like it! It produces a nice tingling sensation that produces more stimulation than the ordinary Tenga hole lotion.

Time and again it provides an intensive skin on skin contact. I'ts thin and slippery but doesn't dry out that quick. The feel and sensation remind me of the real bodily fluids.
