Falls apart during use

Constantly pops open/falls appart during use.
Unlike the previous Flip generation, this one has no static frame, resulting in the toy constantly popping open, making it unenjoyable. As soon as you put pressure on it, the sides disconnect. So the intendet feature causes it to not work well. Worst purchase for me so far out of all Tenga toys. Would rather recommend the Flip Zero Gravity than this.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience with the FLIP FLEXY did not meet your expectations.
Regarding the opening mechanism, we kindly recommend carefully reviewing the product manual for the proper method of opening and unlocking the product, as well as locking it before use, as incorrect handling may cause damage to the button or locking mechanism.
