Great product, great value would advise anybody to try...

The internal patterns are good fun, the pressure can be varied pretty easily, and you can alternate between base and tip stimulation easily. The only criticism is that they are a little short, and it can be awkward to stimulate the whole length of the penis as they can slip upwards towards the tip due to the elasticity of the material.
