What's Changing?

In early March 2025, the current TENGA UK (tenga.co.uk) store will be integrated into TENGA STORE EUROPE (eustore.tenga.co), providing a whole host of benefits, that we’ll get into below.

For our existing TENGA STORE EUROPE customers in the UK, tenga.co.uk will replace the rather unwieldy eustore.tenga.co/en-gb URL for all things TENGA in the UK. Your account, order history, TENGA Points and unbeatable range of TENGA and iroha products in the UK will still be there for you.

Transferring Your Old TENGA UK Account

We've worked hard so that the transition to TENGA STORE is as seamless for you as possible, so if you already have an account with TENGA UK, you’ll get to keep it!

Your security and privacy is of utmost importance to us, so you can rest assured that all customer data is handled in compliance with UK GDPR law and protected with industry-standard security measures.

Your TENGA STORE UK account will be transferred over with all of the following information:

• Order history
• Saved addresses
• User name
• Email newsletter subscription status
  

However, for security reasons, passwords and payment details will not be transferred.

To activate your new TENGA STORE account, all you need to do is set a new password. We’ve sent out an email to your registered email address with instructions, but in case you’re unable to find it, you can simply reset your password.

Is There a Deadline to Update My Account?

No, there’s no deadline. As long as you have the email in your inbox, you can update your account at any time. Alternatively, you can go to the Recover Password page and enter your TENGA UK credentials at any time.

Please be aware that the previous TENGA UK will stop trading in March 2025, so you will need to update your password to access your details beyond this date.

Opting Out

If you do not wish to keep your TENGA account after the update, you can request account removal by contacting us through our contact form.

When Is This Happening?

The current TENGA UK store will cease trading in early March, and all UK customers will be automatically redirected to tenga.co.uk. We're working to make this transition as smooth as possible for all our customers.
